Yes, the Haflinger name is trademarked in Austria, but not in the US as the
AHR has not pursued a trademark here, nor does the Tirolian Breeders'
Association defend their trademark in other countries. The spotted horse is
not worth wasting money on. Why are you so concerned about a fad that will
die all on its own without our helping it?

You converted correctly. I don't agree with the AHR I&C maximum height, but
I'm a minority opinion.

So what is your issue with AHR? Why are you not active in the organization
if you feel the Board is doing such a poor job? Shooting the messenger may
be satisfying for you, but it just maims the messenger. Get involved!
