any connection with what you want them to do.
Just start with something really simple, like looking at the 'object'.
Click, Feed
They will soon realize that 'IT' is something to do with that object. Click
and feed a couple of times to 'praise' what they are doing - THEN withhold
the click on the next 'look' and wait to see if they offer anything else.
Maybe you will get them to move a step closer to the object. Click, feed
Repeat the process for a short length of time, and always end the lesson on
a positive.
I have taught my Border Collie and Border Terrier all sorts of things with
the clicker, but I haven't tried it on Jannus yet. Maybe I'll give it a go
with our mounting block issue and see if I get a response from him.
