[haflingerfriends] Re: World Haflinger Federation breed standard minimum height raised

Emily, I wasn't aware of this decision as I'm sure many more were not. I'm not a member of the WHF and even in the latest board meeting minutes of the AHR there has been no mention of this coming up from our US representatives that I can recollect. I guess I'll be pulling out my minutes from the last year to see if it was posted. I'm disappointed as the rules keep changing as though every one is supporting them, and I'm sure that is not the case. :o( Thanks for the update.
