[haflingerfriends] Mid-Ohio Haflinger Sale

I received the new catalog for the Mid-Ohio Haflinger Sale in the mail yesterday.  The tack sale is at 1:00 PM on 3/19/10 followed by the sale preview of horses at 5:00 PM.  The auction of registered Haflingers will be on Saturday, March 20th beginning at 9:00 AM at the Mt. Hope Auction, Mt. Hope, Ohio.  There are exactly 60 registered Haflingers listed in the catalog (representing 36 breeders from OH, IN, PA, and NY) which includes 24 geldings, 9 stallions, 26 mares, and 1 stallion presentation.  There may also be a few uncatalogued Haflingers which will be sold at the end after the horses listed in the catalog are sold.  I was at the sale last year and ended up bringing home with me a very nice 6 year old mare that I couldn't resist.
