Where is it sent from (where is it published)? I know even (especially?) UPS and FedEx are publicly expressing difficulty with deliveries (and presumably pickups) in a number of areas (especially Mid-Atlantic) due to the really weird weather patterns. I can't imagine the USPS doing any better.
