You say 'control the grass'. What about her hay? Have you ever had it analyzed to see if its high in sugar/starch? How much hay are you feeding her? Crests are not good signs! Remission is ok if you want to spend that much on Magnesium. You could get a 50# bag of Magnesium/Oxide at the feed store for less than $10 which would last you years. You wont know what you need to add mineral wise until you test your hay.
