said she was a world class mare and should be able to get her point.
The only reason she didn't not get it the first time around was not
because of different judges even though they were it was because she
had been doing clinic's and events the day before and was tired. She
didn't move well during her inspection.
I love the inspections I know they have their ups and downs but I will
stand by my horses scores. They got what they are plain and simple. I
have presented horses in front of at least 8 different judges and have
learned a lot from all of them.
I do understand what you mean about opinions as I show in the open
circuit but with what I have seen of our Haflinger inspection in the
USA they do a good job judging them to standard. Remember that there
are three judges out there that is three different people from
different tracks of life judging one horse.
One thing I wanted to ask was referring to Jacques post on the
inspections. I visited the WHF web site and it has two people listed at
certified judges in the USA. Now are you saying that only one is
certified through the AHR? Also it was my understanding as of 5 years
ago I believe that the rule about re-inspecting your horses was
changed. If I remember correctly you can inspect your Haflinger as many
times as you want until they are two years of age after that you can
only get them inspected once. With the last score that your horse
receives bring the horses score. Is that correct or was my information
wrong I just want to make sure as I am a firm believer in the
inspection process and want to make sure I know how it is directed.
