[haflingerfriends] Transfer papers

I was wondering if anyone has ever had problems getting their papers transferred? I sent mine in at the very end of Dec. and still haven't gotten my papers. I know end of year is busy, but I was told it would only be 5-6 weeks and now I am past 7 weeks and really want my papers back since I had to send in the originals. Tired of haunting the mailbox for something fun but getting junk and bills instead. :-( Should I call again? Don't want Ruth to get PO'd at me.
