[haflingerfriends] Re:MANES!

HI, I braid mine and use MTG on occasion. Braiding seemed to really help alot. Right now I also have braided the tails and then folded them up using electrical tape (I heard about that somewhere) so far the tails have stayed up great (and in this snow thats important) Braiding also helps keep the manes down instead of hanging on both sides or sticking straight up in the air. Only thin I d say is that when i braid them for this purpose I use big fat braids. Kathy

Hi everyone. Please email at just1charlie@yahoo.com. HOW do you stop your horses from rubbing out their long beautiful manes in the stall? Yes, dewormed, didn't see lice ect. Do you guys use slinky hoods, braid? Anyone try MTG (Mane, tail groom) What can you do for dandruff? New horse. Thanks!

Toni
