[haflingerfriends] Re: chocolate Haffie

Hi Jen,

I'm sorry... most likely I misread what you had written. There are so many people new to the breed that often times they do not even know about the AHR even. There is so much good information on that website. You are right though, the standards could use a little clarification at times.
I guess when I see someone new to this group asking questions, I try to steer them to the AHR website. Many new people are led to believe they have Haflingers, because someone told them they did... or think they can register an animal that has no papers... You are very much ahead of the ball in knowing already what you do.

I like that you are looking out for your prospective horses welfare and I admire you for thinking it all out like this. I REALLY hope that came through the way I meant, and that is earnestly.
