There is nothing wrong with a few colored hairs - that can change one way or the other, as she matures. A little bit of white on the legs is no problem. I think there are cautions against "excessive white", but one person's excessive white is another person's "bling." LOL!
I can understand wanting to breed to start with a foal - you can start the foal the way you want, you don't have to undo bad habits instilled by someone else, etc. Plus if you are breeding selectively and responsibly to improve the breed, and breeding for a horse that someone would be proud to have in their barn, then I think that is a definite plus, too.
