[haflingerfriends] Re: Horse Trailer for Haffies, Shetlands, Cart or Carriage, Harness

We were advised that we wouldn't be able to make sharp turns or doing so could damage our cab.

A GN needs *so* much room when turning so the truck cab clear the outer edges of the GN.

I believed it when I was told. I once rode with a friend towing a GN with her full size bed truck, but she had a silver tool box up by the cab that stuck up a few inches. She did indeed clip her toolbox with the GN.

We just decided to not take the chance. I would be interested to hear from others who tow a GN with a short bed truck. Not sure if anyone does though.
