I didn't mention this one to Karen but maybe I should. It has a huuuge barn but only 2 stalls. The rest is wasted space, to me, but could store lots of farm equipment. They have 7-8 acres of established pasture, some woods, and border a creek.
They have run a milling business there so have another huge shop for that, and a third huge bldg. that was a showroom for their products (restaurant furniture, entry doors, windows of all sizes, stained glass, etc). The property is a white elephant with all the expensive bldgs. running the price up. The home is set way back on a hill, and part of their front yard would make a wonderful riding arena!
Coming from CA, one could sell a bungalow and be able to pay cash for this property, really! It's about $450K+. Sounds like a fortune to me, but east and west coasters would faint knowing what they could get here for their home-sale money. I'll see if I can find the listing so Karen can have a choice, lol!
