There's a yahoogroup called ridingwithconfidence that is very helpful for
getting your confidence back after an accident. It's owned by Gincy Self
Bucklin, who wrote (among others) "How Your Horse Wants You to Ride -
Starting Out, Starting Over." The program described in the book is good
for beginners or for riders re-starting after an absence from horses, I
highly recommend it and Gincy's group for anyone whose confidence has taken a
hit.
