I wanted to go so bad, but I had to work. Boohoo.
Mitch's old owners are driving a Haflinger pair in the Rose Parade (Tom & Connie Hodgson) I got to meet them at their house over the Christmas weekend because my relatives live only 15 minutes away from them up in the Bay Area. It was so wonderful to meet them at last, and share the stories and pictures of what Mitch has been up to in the 2 years since he left them.
I wanted to go down to the L.A. Equestrian Center today and see them again, but couldn't. Oh well.
I'll be glued to the TV this year for the Rose Parade, just looking for those beloved golden beauties.
