Hi Gang Sorry to get into this conversation a little late but where is someone looking to buy a farm? I have a farm for sale in Western Pa. 55 acres, almost flat beautiful land, bank barn and a small fixer upper old farmhouse. extremely low taxes, in the clean & green tax program, if you keep the land agricultural the taxes stay low.
