Before anyone can help give you an answer on how much to feed, you need to give a little more detail;
What type of hay are you feeding and what does a flake weigh?
What type of grain are you feeding?
Is your mare stalled or out to pasture?
Does she wear a blanket?
LOL... see your question is more complicated than you thought!
