> Apparently it has been a magical Christmas for several Haflingers. The boy from NJ found a home. I heard today that after the auction yesterday, he was seen eagerly loading on the familys trailer. The three from craigslist that my daughter Amber coordinated bringing up here are doing very well. They were fed fairly well, just not handled much manes & tails in knots and dirty. They are in the warm barn now all cleaned up for what we can in the snow (wasn't going to try the vacuum yet ). But they are cleaned up, warm and loving the hay.
