We have the arena, barn area, stalls & plenty of property to do this, but I don't know where to start. Being a boarding stable in the past I understand the insurance that would be needed, but I'm lost as to how to actually go about organizing a club and what activities are the norm for a pony club.
Is there a national organization that backs local clubs?
Any tips would be greatly appreciated. I'd love to try to get something going this spring and have contacts in mind but I don't want to voice my intentions locally until I have a little more information.
