Your beach and pregnancy stories are sooo funny. Scharly thinks she's back in the state of Washington with all this rain. When I turned her out in her pasture this morning (that now has a fast running wide, shallow creek going thru it just as you open her gate to it), she was walking through it grazing in it like a water buffalo. As though this is a normal event. So funny, and yes she had waited again to go pee out there instead of in her now not so dry, corral.
I'm feeling more and more like the movie Ice Age.... I've been spending at least 1 1/2- 2 hours a day knitting in the barn as Scharly eats and it storms outside...I'm her herd you know. That's the only down side of having just one haflinger. I am getting plenty of knitting in though, and rearranging the barn inside.

where our almond trees are thrilled for the deep rain, the creek is running and I'm going to get another quilt block made today for my class I'm teaching. :^)
