One thought I had on the magazine to generate interest - have a small digital trial version. What I mean by this is that if someone wants to see what the magazine is about before investing in it they can pay a lower subscription to get access to a digital version. Have it set up with limits - one trial version per person or family, maybe only 1/2 a years worth of mags instead of the full 6, and have it for $10 or something like that. Then someone could check it out and see if it is something they would like to invest in.
