No registry gets it 100% right and pleases everyone. AHR certainly has had its bumps but I'm here asking what it is that people are feeling they need to see done differently.
Yes, we have done "theme issues" for the magazine, but it made many members unhappy because they didn't find what they were interested in in a particular issue. The dressage people really don't want to read about draft hitches, and the western trail folks don't care for the articles on jumpers and the draft folks could care less about the dressage ring. So we try to incorporate something for everyone in each issue, if we can.
It is trial and error and it will never be "just right" for everyone!
