Equestrian Treasure Hunt!Date: 2010-01-11, 7:49PM
Hi Riders!
Come have fun and use your GPS to locate hidden treasure while trailblazing
on the beautiful Franklin Family Ranch in Blanco, TX.
At least 10 caches (treasure chests)
Teams of 2-4 riders (minimum 10 riders, limit 10 teams)
Each team needs a GPS and basic GPS knowledge
Riders should to be able to enter waypoints into the GPS (waypoints of
caches provided before the ride)
Timed event – The team finding the most caches in the least amount of time
(3 hour competition maximum) will win a prize.
Orientation begins at 10:00 a.m. , competition starts about 11:00
Price Per Person $45
GPS rental $15 – please reserve in advance
Shoes or boots recommended for rocky terrain
