[haflingerfriends] drinking water

There is an article in Equis where they tried different amts. of sugar in the horses water and found when sugar was added they would drink up to 46% of their total daily water in that mixture. I would not suggest it for Haflingers since so many are IR. But it might be something to consider when when at a show or event and they will not drink anything. Victoria da Roza
