[haflingerfriends] Re: Preaching to the Choir

I think it's important to remember that the name of the group is Haflinger FRIENDS. There is so much negativity in the world already, does this place have to be just one more place to be put down, pounced on, or insulted? I for one have received so much positive support and information from this group that without it I may not have been a Haflinger owner any longer! Having someone insult my intellegence for getting in over my head after love at first sight with my horse would have only made matters worse. Even the opinions I received from this group about whether one should stick with a horse or to move on were offered to me gently and constructively. Certainly we can discuss our differences in opinions without forgetting civility.
