I love my Wintec Pro Dressage saddle. I'm not sure what the smallest seat
size available is, but the interchangeable gullet system makes it very
adjustable for different size horses. If the Wide gullet isn't wide enough,
there's a different saddle series called Wintec Wide that has a whole wider
range of gullets. My widest Haflinger is fine with the regular Wide gullet.
Wintecs are comfy and easy to care for.
