[haflingerfriends] Saddle Maker in Ohio

I have tried finding this info in older posts, but can't pinpoint it. A while back someone posted about a saddle maker in Ohio who makes reasonably priced western saddles for Haflingers. If anyone has that information or can direct me to it, I would really appreciate it.
