I would no way no how even deal with the first seller... because they LIED. That is NOT a Haflinger. If they are going to misrepresent what they have, then why would I trust anything else they had to say?
They even tried to make someone believe that this is a Haflinger by stating breed traits: "Haflingers are known as exceptional family horses because of their pleasant, willing nature and versatility for different disciplines for every member of the family. They are respectful and hard-working. They are descendants of Austrian mountain ponies and are solid and strong, hardy, easy keepers and long-lived. They excel at jumping and are great for driving."
Sorry folks, but I do not deal with dishonest people or con artists. It is my understanding that a con artist is someone who leads you to believe something that is not true, and looks to profit from that deception. Even a small "white lie" in my book by a seller is a no go. Because most likely that will not be the only mistruth you will discover... it is just the most glaringly obvious. When I buy a horse, I want the good, the bad, and the ugly - and truthfully!
