so far. I would say that some have 5% or less and some have a bit more,
maybe 15%, but it doesn't appear that any bales have more than that.
I had no idea that the alfalfa was a buffer for the ulcers, that is very
interesting. The horses seem to love it and are doing fine so it seems like
it will be ok.
The horses and donkeys are all such easy keepers and I have worked really
hard at keeping their weight down, but they are still a bit on the chubby
side so I hope this new hay doesn't make them gain a lot of weight.
I guess time will tell.
