Someone sent me the link below to a film made of a San Francisco cable
car going along Market Street just before the 1906 earthquake. Of
interest to me is the mix of pedestrians, bicyclists, cable cars,
trams, horse-drawn vehicles, ridden horses and the very elastic rules
of the road. I thought this might be of interest to driving
enthusiasts.
