[haflingerfriends] Re: Therapy Ball

LOL... core muscles are our abdominals. A strong core helps balance and keep your back strong. A person does not need to be thin to have good core muscles... I should know. I am 45 by the way... a youngish Grammy.

Granddaughter does not need to bounce on Grammy, as she has a little 10 hand shetland pony of her own to ride here. ;^) You betcha, I started that little girl young! Riley is two and a half. While she has her own pony, she likes our Haflinger Lucky the very best. Her Auntie Lauren (my 12 yo daughter) has given her rides on him too.

I grew up in Washington state. We did live in Germany for a few years when I was little. Dad was in the army. I was named after my grandmother "Viola" so I am afraid it is not a very glamorous story... perhaps I should make one up! Thank you for asking. ;^)
