[haflingerfriends] Re: Raisng Funds / Non-Reg. owners should support AHR?

I don't believe Suzy is trying to shoot the messenger here. But what Emily stated did come across to many as just that...quit writing on these subjects, we've already heard them and formed our opinions. So, with that said, I will defend Suzy on this matter. I don't believe that Emily wrote it make folks feel that way. I believe she wrote that so that others understand that many of these issues have been brought to the board, and they have for whatever reasons, not gained in popularity. However, the underlining issue here to me is that we, the people, must keep writing, and keep thinking, and keep on keeping on. With brainstorming comes ideas, many of which may never get us anywhere, however, if only one thing is found throughout this conversation that will help AHR and its members, I think our few days of chatting so to speak is well worth it! So, I will say it again folks, if you have thoughts or ideas, please do not hesitate to write on this or contact a board member directly. Don't know who your board members are? Well visit the AHR web site and look them up or contact Ruth over the AHR web site. I am sure she would gladly lead you to your area leader/board member.
I don't care if you are or are not a member of AHR, but please voice your opinion on why or why not! These opinions all have a place and hopefully someone can learn something from one or more of them that helps our golden horses! Remember, our golden horses have golden hearts.... shouldn't we?
For that...support the haflinger by writing your comments, and do realize that writing is not the same as in person and be sure you agree with what you write. Now quit reading this and do some thinking and writing too....
