The wagon in the picture looks like a Democrat. By the way, carts have 2 wheels and wagons have 4. It doesn't have shafts so you would need to look for shafts that would fit onto the wagon. It might have hardware to take a canopy top. It's not a cut-under so you would need to learn about driving turns without scraping the wheel on the side.
