[haflingerfriends] Re: anyone see or try these hay feeders

Alana,

I have found the best way to fill hay nets. Take a clean muck bucket and put the haynet in, "mouth" side to the top. Wrap the edges of the mouth of the haynet over the lip of the muck bucket (just like you would line a trash can with a trash bag). Then the net is easy to fill and out of the way and the muck bucket will hold it in place. I have also found the small hole nets from Dover or JT Int'l really keep them working for awhile!
