a home. A little history - woman breeding paint Dutch Thoroughbred
crosses. She passed away and hubby didn't know what to do. There were 100+
horses to start with but many went to kill buyers as hubby didn't know better.

of years ago and is now helping hubby move the horses to better homes.

The Lake county horses (N CA) are ready for new homes so please spread
the word. There are weanlings, yearlings, three and four year olds, all the
way up to mature horses. None of these horses are trained but almost all of
them are halter broke and are curious "in your pocket" kind of horses. All
are healthy and in good weight. Recent vaccinations and farrier work done.
There are about 30 horses: 8 are (now) geldings, the rest are mares. They
are warm blood and Wb crosses (big!) and most of them have very nice
conformation. Some are TB type, others are quite stout. Some are paints but
some are solid - all colors. From what Deb's been told by people who are
familiar with this herd, their temperaments are easy to work with. There is an
adoption fee. If you or someone you know is interested in giving one of
