I'm not the worlds greatest videographer....but I managed to post two
videos of the Haflingers at Equestfest... one of Jen with the Queen and her
Court, and one of the Haflinger performance. The performance is primarily
the driving Hafy's, as we were seated at the entrance and the mounted riders
and Jennifer and Rosie were at the other end of the arena so I couldn't see
them well. Unfortunately I didn't film the finale so I missed sweet Rosie
doing her tricks.. At least you can get a feel for the performance and a
glimpse of our wonderful Haflingers! If you search for "2009 Equestfest"
or "Western Haflinger Association" you should find them easily.
Also to note:
Other videos are starting to turn up as well: Check out the "Painted
Ladies", and "Trick Riding 2010" a must see... Also "Medieval Times",
"Benny Martinez", and the "Giddy Up Gals".
And for those of you who loved the little Haflinger with the Shire Riders,
check out their 2008 Equestfest videos... part 5 shows him pretty well, and
he's wearing his "Shire Disguise" which I think is much cuter than what he
wore this year, right down to the silver stars on his butt...
