The second has everything but the actual seat, however we have a cutout pattern for the seat/floorboard and it fits right in. Another one of those 'later' projects. The cart was shown in, beautiful, and nothing is wrong with it. I got it for a great deal, which is why I bought it, but we show in a carriage so there is no need for for both of these.
